RECEPTION, ADMIN, IT, MANAGERS AND PRACTICE MANAGERS (Current Workforce)

ENABLING LEWISHAM'S NON-CLINICAL STAFF TO REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND CONTRIBUTE EVEN MORE TO PRACTICE DELIVERY

Developing our non-clinical workforce

Lewisham CEPN develops initiatives to maximise the individual potential of non-clinical staff in Lewisham GP practices and community NHS organisations. Lewisham has a workforce that is already delivering a high quality service to patients, under extremely difficult conditions. We aim to support practices to furnish their reception, admin and managerial staff with enhanced skills in order to further improve this service to patients, and to help them to feel confident during this transformative period of primary healthcare delivery.
